Do I have to come to South Africa to use your service?+
No. We assist many South African citizens already living abroad. The whole process can be started and completed from another country via WhatsApp and email.
How long does the process take?+
Processing times are set by Home Affairs, DIRCO, the High Court and embassies — not by us. We give you a realistic time estimate for your specific documents when you enquire.
How much does it cost?+
Our fees are for our time, effort and private administration support. Official authority fees, embassy fees and courier costs are separate. We send a clear quote before starting.
Do you issue the actual documents?+
No. We are a private agency, not a government department. Documents are issued by Home Affairs, DIRCO, the High Court, a Notary Public or the relevant authority. We assist you to obtain and legalise them.
Which documents do I need for marriage abroad?+
Most commonly an Unabridged Birth Certificate and a Letter of Non Impediment, often with a DIRCO Apostille or Authentication. The exact requirements depend on the country — message us and we will confirm what applies to you.
Do you courier documents overseas?+
Yes. Once documents are ready, we coordinate courier delivery locally or internationally.
How do I get started?+
Send us a WhatsApp with your name, where you are based and which document you need. We will reply with the next steps.
